BSc IT is a graduation level course or not?. Can they apply to all gov. jobs based on graduation ?

b.sc in information technology or b.sc in computer science are definitely bachelor degree course.
one can apply for bank, ssc, rail, central government and state government job after completing the bsc degree in information technology and computer science.
