Master degree in pharmacy is MPharm for a duration of two years, it eligibility criteria is passed BPharm from an institute recognized by PCI/UGC/ AICTE securing 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, hence if you don't have bachelor degree in pharmacy, you cannot pursue master's degree in the same discipline, explore complete details at https://www.careers360.com/courses/pharmacy-course
however after completion of BSc Microbiology you can pursue MSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Genetics/Bioinformatics/Forensic Science/Life Science etc, you can pursue MBA if you're interested in managerial role.
