What is Bsc in Nutrition and dieteics - It is a 3 year course which involves the study of nutrition, diet, lifestyle and health of individuals.
Eligibility - 10 +2 with physics, Chemistry, biology and English and good marks.

1. BSc Nutrition and Dietetics is all about proper and healthy diet, food habits, food management, Food Nutrients etc.
2. On completion of this course, you can work under many job titles such as Nutritionist, Dietitian, Clinical Dietitian etc. Different Hospitals, private clinics, nursing homes, 5 star hotels etc hire BSc Nutrition and Dietetics graduates.
3. The salary depends on where you are working. If its a government sector then salary would be higher. When you join as a fresher, the salary ranges around 1.2 to 1.8 lpa. On gaining experience in this field, you can earn more.
4. For this course, you must have passed 10+2 with Chemistry, Biology, English as main subjects. Some colleges also ask for Physics in 12th.
5. This is a three year under graduate course.
6. Admission totally depends on the college itself. However, in most of the colleges, admission is based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination. Though some universities, institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admission.
