I guess you are asking about the comparison and which field to choose. Firstly both the fields are good and it depends upon your interest in which field you want to go. Bsc physics hons will give you a set of skills which will be useful in industrial jobs also Bsc hons degree is more valuable and it will give you a different exposure after Bsc physics hons you can work in many institutes or start by being assitant or technician. Bsc mathematics Hons is a degree which will again provide you many skills and people interested can work as professor or in many company or research institues. Though bsc hons is a good degree you will still need msc or phd to get a good job or to work as a researcher.

It's a completely your choice what you want to choose and where you have interest. See if you like maths and want to do further studies in mathematics then go for maths honours or if you have interest In physics( which requires maths too) then go for physics honours both the courses are equally good and has bright future.
