You can choose from jobs like;

- Hospitals

- Demolition Squads
- Research institutes
- Power Generating Companies
- Pyrotechnics Manufactures
You can apply for researcher or scientist posts at top organisations in India like DRDO, BARC, ISRO, NTPC, BHEL etc.
Technician: Various private organisations hire candidates with B.Sc Physics degree for technical support/ Technician jobs.
- An entry level theoretical physicist (1-3 years of experience) earns an average salary of 5,52,466. On the other end, a senior level theoretical physicist (8+ years of experience) earns an average salary of 9,70,399.
BSC CS / IT
If you want to make a career in the computer applications, programming, and software development, the BCA course is better (than BSc IT) option; while if you are desirous of finding advanced job opportunities in the internet technology and database operations & management, BSc iIT is good.

so according to the pay scale and opportunities BSc Physics is a better option.
