Yes, absolutely. You can pursue post graduation or M.SC after the completion B.SC. But for that, you have to prepare and sit for the entrance exam in order to pursue M.SC. See, the admission of M.SC is of two types, merit based and entrance test level. And the admission procedure also varies from college to college. And yes, in order to pursue post graduation, you must have completed your under graduate with a minimum passing percentile, more than 75% if you're from general category and 70% if you're from ST/SC category.
