Hello,

Consider pursuing a statistics bachelor's degree if you appreciate working with numbers and want to learn more about statistics. If you're interested in economics, a bachelor's degree in economics is the way to go.

You can pursue an MA, MBA, or PHD in statistics or economics after completing your undergraduate degree.

You can pursue INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES, which have the same value and respect as other IAS services, when you finish your economics hons.

Furthermore, data scientists are in high need right now, thus statistics majors are in high demand. We can't forecast the future, but economists are always in demand, even during recessions.

I hope this information helps.

Regards.
