Yes if you failed in practical exam you need to appesr fpr both _ Theory and Practical exam in Improvement.
If you ar ejust appearing for Theory Improvemnt exam then your practical exam marks are simply carrued forward.
You shall then get revised marksheet based on improvement exam results.
