Currently the notification is out for Electrical and Civil only. You will have to keep checking BSNL portal to see if there are opening for CSE branch too.

Yes, BSNL has invited applications for the recruitment (198 posts) of JTO ELectrical and Civil based on GATE score 2019. Please check the Advertisement for full details.
