Indian Institute of Technology Madras situated in chennai, tamil nadu. however b.tech course is below mentioned stream available:
mechanical engineering
electrical engineering
civil engineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering
Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
Engineering Physics
however B.TECH in AI is not available. but after completing b.tech in cse or EE you may easily transfer to m.tech in AI . you may also take courses On AI and then get job in AI domain.
