Diploma in pharmacy and pg diploma in biotechnology are same or not??
Because I have degree in diploma in pharmacy and bsc graduation
But am confused now??
Pg diploma in biotechnology can I do or not..

It is better to choose BTech Biotechnology if you want to be in Research and development.
BTech Biotechnology :
Duration - 4 years
You can work as Research Scientist and still you have many other career options
You can apply for Government Research institutes, CSIR like CCMB, National Br ain Research centre and national institute of oceanography, NEERI, CSIR-IGIB, JNCASR, NCBS, NIO ...etc...
You should qualify CSIR NET / GATE to get job in one of the Research institutes
SALARY :
In government Laboratories , Starting salary is around Rs 12,000 / month along with some allowances
In CSIR labs , it is around Rs 30000 / month along with allowances
You will be paid higher salary based on your Experiences
PHARM D :
Duration- 6 years
It also has wide opportunities in Research and development
Research Scientist
Average annual salary is around Rs 6 lakh and above
It's your choice to choose which course you want to pursue. You should Analyse both the courses carefully and choose it based on your interest, passion and preferences.
Both courses have wider opportunities .
So,
You can choose either BTech Biotechnology or Pharm D.
It depends on your decision because it impacts future career prospects

The b tech Biotechnology is a four years undergraduate course in Biotechnology.
Pharm.D is a 6 years program during which 5 years is academic session and sixth year is of internship in hospital. It is a course of pharmacy. stream.
As.pharmacy includes the development and research of medicine. So if you are intrested in study of medicine development. and their interaction with living being you can select pharma D.
B.tech Biotechnology you basically deal with DNA, RNA etc and their uses in human well being in the field of medicine,agriculture or horticulture.
So depending on in which field you want to do research you can select b.tech or.pharma D course.
