btech (csbs) computer science and business systems is hard?
Hi,
In my opinion you can go for CSBS.
CSBS is a brand new and a revolutionary branch in engineering. According to my research, the following points made you select CSBS instead of CSE :-
- Syllabus based more on skills than theory which most of the big MNCs require.
- The CS syllabus remains same but instead of a few topics about ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING are excluded and instead business topics like statistics etc are included.
- TCS has promised to prefer students with CSBS over CSE, so higher chance of placement in not only TCS but similiar companies like infosys , accenture etc.
- The course is designed so that skilled engineers and not bookworms are produced, which make you stand out from the crowd of CSE students.
- If you choose to do higher studies in MBA you will have an upper hand than the other engineering students.
Some more advantages of opting CSBS is that, it giving you a lot more in terms of overall skill development and providing you an edge over other technical branches which includes one of the skill you need to have a proper command on in order to excel in placements. Many would have guessed it right which skill am I talking about COMMUNICATION SKILL. Right from the beginning of your college life, you will be introduced to the Business and Communication Subject from which you will surely learn a lot.
Hope this helps,
Good luck.
