"Price is what you pay, Value is what you get "-by Warren Buffett
If you want to pursue B.tech. from any government institutions like IIT's or NIT's, then the complete fees of the duration will be around 12 lakhs, after getting subsidized price provided by Government of India.
Also, if you want to pursue B.tech. from any private college in India like VIT, BITS, Manipal etc., then you need to pay around 14-18 lakhs for complete duration, depending upon the college procedure, streams and various other factors. Private colleges offer a great scholarship for extraordinary students and backward students.
If you can score well to get admission in top government institutions, then you will be placed in dream giant companies. Pursuing a B.tech. from private colleges can be fruitful as well as little bit hard, as you will be charged with high fees. But, on the other side, you will get huge opportunities to learn and excel yourself.

All the best!
