Yes, you can apply for the job of Lekhpal as the basic eligibility criteria is to be a graduate froma recognized university. The age limit is minimum 18 year and maximum of 40 year (general) Other than that NCC B certificate holders and those who have served in the territorial army for at least 2 years will get a preference during the selection process
