Both are the good options and depends on your interest & capability but BSc with specialisation in Zoology is a very nice course. If you are desirous to do higher studies then You can explore numerous jobs in Gov & private sector after completing your M.sc. You can go for Channels like Animal Planet, NatGeo and Discovery constantly which need zoologists.
