but how should we prepare for entrace examination if we doesnot know the language

Hello dear student !
Please specify which exam you are talking about and please elaborate your question more so that we can answer your question properly. Mean whil, if you want to say that you don't know the language in which the medium of paper is there , then of course you first need to learn the language properly otherwise there is no use of knowledge . For that, you can learn the respective language from you tube channels or internet or can take the short duration classes.
