but my mathematics is not good and i am interested too much in it or cs....should i join btech course from medium range private college ,?

Your logic needs to be clear if you are planning to do engineering with CSE or IT branches. Your maths needs to be Sharp to develop good logic.
But you can learn it in future and joining a good private college will be best option to pursue CSE.
