BVCOE colleg in delhi ... my CRL rank is 787369 and SC rank is 69420 so can i take CS in this colleg i am from Delhi and i belong (SC) category and how can i take admission in this colleg in 2020 pls tell me sir/mam..??

I think you are talking about the JEE Mains, It is quite difficult to get CSE branch in Good Colleges at this rank. To get CSE branch in Good college your rank should be below than 60k. So, at this rank you have less chance to get seat in some colleges with CSE branch. there are some colleges that you may get at this rank with desired branch.
