Adityamaurya Hello Adityamaurya,
I think you need to check it in online mode. As such, they will declare it soon. You will be provided with a Counseling letter. The selected students can go for counseling. Submit the original documents along with the two photocopies of each document on the counseling day. Be ready on your appointed day with the following materials.

1. Migration certificate.
2. Transfer certificate/ leaving certificate.
3. Caste certificate (if applicable).
4. Marks sheet.
5. Carry 4 latest passport size photographs.
6. Scorecard.
7. DOB.
8. Counseling Letter.

Thank you.
All the best.

Adityamaurya Hello Adityamaurya,
After the release of the notification regarding counselling, the university will send the counselling call letter to the first 5000 candidates in the merit list. And you are one of them. The letter will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address. After getting the counseling letter go to the allotted place.
Thank you.

Adityamaurya Candidates will have to report to the venue as per their allotted time in the call letter. I think, you will have to go to Pune or Delhi. Or else you will get disqualified. It is very tough that in this situation this will take take place. The allocation of seats is done on the basis of BVP CET merit and availability of seats in that particular course.
