National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the result of NEET 2019 by June 5. The result will be made available in the form of score cards. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying percentile will be deemed to be eligible for counselling process under 15% All India Quota seats, 85% state quota, deemed/central universities and private colleges. Cut off vary every year based On the difficulty level of the paper.
It's also depend on the category, the category you belong to like Open, SC, ST, OBC.. Cutoff also vary for government, private and deemed University. It depends also on state of domicile and choice of college.
As there is only a few number of seats alloted to neet for BVSc (15%) and the rest fall under respective state competitive exams the cutoff is around 400+ and since this year the paper was said to be easier the cutoff may go higher by 20 marks for government colleges. Private colleges may have a lower cutoff. All the best.

Are you asking for BVSC Programme? If yes, The admission to All India Quota( 15%) is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score and rest 85% quota seats admission will be through state level entrance Exam.
