BVSc, a full Bachelor of Veterinary Science form, is a 5 year undergraduate course in the field of veterinary science that aims to transfer the knowledge needed to feed, treat and breed animals.
There are 47 BVSC colleges in India including Indian Veterinary Research Institute, College of Veterinary and Animal Science, West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Science, CSKHPKV, etc.
The BVSc course is suitable for baptismal candidates who consider themselves animal lovers and who want to work or who own a breeding company and a caring company and want to establish a pet farming business.
According to the latest guidelines from the Veterinary Council of India, the BVSc training period should be 5.5 years divided into 10 semesters and 1 year of compulsory training.
AIPVT was replaced by NEET in 2017 for admission to veterinary pharmacy and veterinary medicine courses in India.
Any graduate who has completed Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as a compulsory subject, as well as English from a recognized board is eligible to apply for BVSc Admission 2021.
The BVSc syllabus covers everything from animal anatomy and anatomy to animal treatment and surgery. The main topics of BVSc are animal nutrition, animal breeding, and genetic, animal diseases, among others.
After BVSc, many job opportunities are available at Agriculture Sectors, Government Animal, Defense Dog training centers, Zoological Parks, Aviaries, Wildlife Sanctuaries, etc., with an average salary of INR 3.6 LPA.
