You need to register with Indian Association of Physiotherapists and you will be MIAP which means Member of Indian Association of Physiotherapist. According to IAP (Indian Association of Physiotherapists), Physiotherapists can use and write Dr. in front of their name. I am a Physiotherapist and I use Dr. in front of my name.
