IISC ( The Indian Institute of Science ) offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs to students who have an extraordinary determination to pursue a career in the field of Science. At the Undergraduate level, B.Sc (Research) program is offered for a duration of 4 years. At the postgraduate level M.Des, M.Tech, M.Mgt and Integrated PhD programs are offered.

The eligibility criteria is as follows -
The minimum required eligibility for admission to B.Sc (Research) is the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as main subjects and minimum 60% marks.
Selection of candidates to the program is done on the basis of merit in the following national examinations:
- KVPY-SA
- KVPY-SB
- KVPY-SX
- JEE MAIN
- JEE ADVANCED
- NEET
You can apply for the admission but you should have a very meritorious profile.

To be eligible to apply for admission to Bachelors of Science (BS) in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore for the academic year 2021-22 is that a candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects in 10+2 level from a recognized board. Candidates who have studied Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science, etc., in addition to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are also eligible to apply for admission. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 12. There is no minimum percentage requirement for SC/ST category candidates.
The admission is done through 4 different channels that is based on JEE Main score, JEE Advanced score, NEET UG score and KVPY. You have mentioned that you are dropper but you didn't mention the year in which you have passed class 12th. If you have passed class 12th earlier than 2020 you are not eligible. If you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 you are eligible even if you are a dropper who appeared for JEE Main 2021 and secured a valid rank.
