No you  will not be able to prepare  as engineering is not that easy as people think and if you will be doing engineering you will not get time for preparing for neet , and at the end will you end up ruining your one year , so its better to drop a year if want to prepare for neet .

Hi,

Yes definitely, then try to join government colleges. Because if you join any private college, their will be much work load, assignments, exams etc & mainly attendance. So, in case of government colleges their will be no kind of pressure for attendance, so you will get lots of free time for your NEET presentation.
