By mistake i entered wrong details regarding mbbs marks, i entered final mbbs marks instead of all 4 years marksHow wil it effect me ?

As for now it wont affect you so don't panic and prepare for the exam with calm and composure.
And for future it also wont create any major issue.
Just keep all the right documents at the of counselling.
