By mistake I had appeared for PCMB in MHTCET exam, I wanted to appear for PCM only. What will be the consequence?

You wanted to give only PCM that means for engineering colleges. So your pcm score will be counted for your admission for engineering colleges and your PCB score for admission in medical Colleges. Since you want to go for engineering you can go for the counseling process of the same and not worry about other things.
