By mistake I have not filled name of 12th examination in jee advance form,will it create any problem?

Dear Rupali,
That isn't a big issue. Once seat allotment is done and you have been given a seat, you have to report at JoSAA reporting centers. At the reporting center, documents will be verified. So, don't worry about it.
To be on a safer side, just send them a mail.
