By mistake I have selected yes for EWS in ssc cgl 2019 application. Application is submitted now. Can I change it now or should I go for another application since I have not made payment yet.

You can modify the application if the option is available otherwise you should fill the new application form by using another e mail id and mobile number.Since you have not done payment of your application so this application is terminated during the scrutiny of applications because you know that without payment the application process is not completed .so your new application will be considered as your application form.
