by studying jee mains last year papers and practice questions of all chapters and studying nta released 15 itq is it possible to get above 120 and is 120 Mark's good will it fetch me above 90 percentile

If we see the previous year percentile Vs marks then scoring 120 will definitely uplift you above 90 percentile. As this year jee mains is of 300marks and scoring 120 is good and definitely you will able to score more than 90 percentile. As you have said you have read all the topics and practice all the previous year question papers. You have high chance of getting 130+ Marks in Jee mains. I don't think that just by solving previous years question papers and model papers one can get 120 marks or above.
This is so because one needs entire knowledge of theory and practice of different types of questions
to score good in jee mains.
Though by solving sets and previous years paper you will get to know about level of questions asked but without knowing whole theory about it a simple twist in the question might create difficulty for you which will not be good at exam time .
So don't take shortcuts and prepare extensively.
Yes,by scoring 120 marks your jee mains percentile will be above 90 .It will be probably between 95.5- 96.5.
