You can get around 280-300 just by reading the NCERT content but this score is absolutely not enough for you to get into MBBS. NEET can only be cleared if you've solved a lot of MCQs before actually solving them in the final examination. One can only be able to attempt biology nicely just by reading NCERT, while for the other two subjects, ample amount of practice is required.
