Correct Answer: 42nd

Solution : The correct option is 42nd amendment

The Indian Constitution saw several substantial revisions following the approval of the 42nd Amendment in 1976. Five issues were moved from the State List to the Concurrent List as one of the amendment's main adjustments.

These included education (including technical, medical, university, vocational and labour training), forests, weight and measurement (excluding standard development), administration of justice (covering the composition and organisation of all courts except the Supreme Court and the High Courts, officers and staff of the Supreme Court, procedure in rent and revenue courts, and fees collected in all courts except the Supreme Court), as well as the protection of wild animals and birds.
