Hi there,
If you have appeared in CA foundation exam and didn't clear in first attempt then offcousre you will get second chance without paying any fees. Registration for CA foundation course will be valid for upto three years that means you will get 6 attempts. After three year, you can revalidate you registeration after paying some amount.
