As per the problem given:

r=3.2

F=(1/4πε 0 ) (q1q2/r 2 ),

here charge q=2e

=2x1.6x10^-19

F=(1/4πε 0 ) (q1q2/r 2 ),

=  (1/4πε 0 )x2x1.6x10^-19x2x1.6x10^-19 / 3.2x3.2

we know (1/4πε 0 ) = 8.8x10^9

by simplyfing

= 8.8x10^9x10^-19x10^-19

=8.8x10^9x10^-38

=8.8x10^-29
