Hello aspirant,

The formula for the m/m % calculation is:

percentage by mass = (mass of solute / mass of solution) x 100%

(mass of solute = 100g              mass of solution= 100g+500g=600)


Therefore, % concentration = (100g / 600g)  x 100%  = 16.66%

Percentage concentration = 16.66%...............(Ans.)
