Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means scholarship has been implemented with the sole purpose to aid students who belong to financially backward families, candidates who have one year gap due to unavoidable circumstances too are eligible to apply, the family income has to be less than 2,50,000 on an annual basis, and the candidate is required to have 75% aggregate in the last qualifying examination, and passed in the current year of applying scholarship or the previous year, for example for fresh registration of 2021, students who have passed and gained the required aggregate in their last qualifying examination in 2021/2020 are eligible to apply, to know more details regarding this, visit the official website at https://svmcm.wbhed.gov.in/page/about.php
If you are asking about UG level course in SVMCM then yeah! you can apply provided you are in the first year 1st sem of your UG course. The eligibility criteria for the course have been stated below:
The minimum qualifying marks for being considered for award of scholarships will be 75% in aggregate, in the H.S. Examination conducted by the W.B. Council of H.S. Education/Madrasha Siksha Parishad. For the UG (Arts), UG (Commerce), UG (Science) separate merit lists will be prepared.
