Can 10th marks card of parents be considered as residence certificate for ts eamcet counselling?

Dear Aspirant ,
You can use your 10th Class Leaving Certificate as proof of Birth ,
You cant use it as proof of adress ,
I would suggest that your Adhaar card/Pan Card/ Driving Licence can be used for the purpose.
