Yes Grace marks effects on admission of engineering it's my personal experience I get garac marks in 12 th physics and I crack many engineering admission exam like comdk wbjee, uptu when I got 1200 rank in wbjee in 2019 according to my rank iem cse in 1st round but when I go for councilng centee for book the seat the officer rejected my form reason is graver marks

After that I go to uptu councillor also rejected uptu my rank is 3081 gen cat

I get frustrated I have no idea what happens beacuse I waste my two year after 12th for jee prapertion in kota resonance and I am  belongs medle class family 7 lak rupees already out go in kota

After some days I go to galgotias University and there try to take admission and I get successful to admission

But in any government colleges I can,t get admission for grace marks in chemistry 10+2...

My advice if u are fresher try to remove grace marks if u want to not face problem like me

Thank you

Hello,

Actually it's the aggregate percentage that matters the most while taking admission in some engineering of medical colleges. For jee, to get admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs you need to score 75% aggregate score in class 12th board exam. And for neet,You need to have 50% aggregate score in class 12th board exams.

Good luck.

Hello Ishu,

Yes, may be as you say.

Actually, you should have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT colleges and to appear in the jee advanced exam.

And in the NEET - Candidates belonging to the unreserved category should score a minimum required percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
