Hi,

The eligibility to become an IAS is you should have passed graduation from any stream.

To do a course to get pilot license after 12th the eligibility is 10+2passed from a recognized board with minimum 50% of marks and a minimum age of 17 years.

So a 12th repeater can apply to pilot course. And to a IAS course also but to apply for IAS he has to complete graduation.

Hope it helps.

Hii!
Yes, you can definitely become an IAS officer or a pilot even if you repeated class 12th Examinations. Don't feel low. Nothing is impossible, you just need to push a little and take yourself towards that path. You need to really focus hard on your studies and stay away from distractions. Dedication and Hardwork are the only keys to achieve your goals.
The eligibility criterias for both these courses also differ. You need to complete graduation to apply for UPSC and become IAS officer.
To become a pilot, you can either join Air force, or if you want to become a commercial pilot, you can just apy in universities providing the course.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
