Hello aspirant,

hope you are doing good..!!

In the event that you have done long term certificate and b.tech, you are qualified for UPSC test . Since according to qualification measures any Graduate applicant is qualified for UPSC. In any case, on the off chance that I have just done recognition, U are not qualified for UPSC as certificate isn't equivalent to graduation. After confirmation you need to take affirmation in b. Tech or any graduation course, to be qualified for UPSC. You can likewise go for parallel passage after recognition through giving Entrance test.

Hope this information helps you!!!

All the best!!!

Hello,
If you have done 3 year diploma and b.tech then you are eligible for UPSC exam . Because as per eligibility criteria any Graduate candidate is eligible for UPSC.
But if I have only done diploma then U are not eligible for UPSC as diploma is not equal to graduation.
After diploma you have to take admission in b. Tech or any graduation course,to be eligible for UPSC.
You can also go for lateral entry after diploma through giving Entrance exam.
