Indian Army Doctor gets all the facilities as given to all officers like mess, decent lodging ranging from a bunker to a 2 BHK quarter depending upon where are you posted.
The starting salary ranges from 1 lakh per month to 1 lakh 30 thousand again depending upon your place of posting. Army Doc gets a special Non practice allowance which is quite handsome.
Other than everything you get to wear the rank and dress and get invaluable respect and satisfaction.
