There is a rule buy that practitioners of Indian system of medicine such as Ayurveda unani homeopathy to practice allopathy system. Gallery about 13 states in India allow that BMS doctors to practice allopathic medicine including surgery gynaecology obstetrics.

But as per I know this is not granted by Telangana state.
