Any student from any field can go for MBA after their undergraduation. Since, you're doing B.Com, it'll be more accessible for you since you'll be handy with fields related to marketing, accounts and etc therefore you can go for MBA in Marketing, MBA in supply and chain management etc. There are various  make exams conducted for MBA like CAT, SNAP, GMAT etc but make sure you have a good showable CV so that you can impress the interviewers.

Yes BCOM student go for MBA after completing with your graduation . Infact its a very good option to do MBA after BCOM to grow faster and you will have better options for jobs as well after completing mba , only if you land in topmost colleges in India , you have to appar for CAT exam for taking good mba colleges
