Some strict rules are recommended by Guwahati University when it comes to the eligibility of candidates for the entry exam. For the test, only candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be eligible to appear. The eligibility requirements for GUBEDCET 2020 are as follows

The applicant must have completed a degree from a recognised institution in the related stream (B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. or MA/ MSc/M.Com or equivalent).

A minimum aggregate of 50 percent (45 percent for the reserved candidates) must have been acquired by the candidate for all the subjects placed together.

Applicants for the final year test may also qualify for the GUBEDCET 2020.
