Yes, you can go for BBA after your 12th even if you have studied Biology in class 12th. Eligibility for BBA in most of the top universities is that you should have passed class 12th with 50-60% aggregate marks in 10+2.

You should keep this thing in mind while BBA is a good option after class 12th, but you need to put some extra efforts right from the beginning in order to understand the basics of the subject since you are from Science background.

Some colleges take admission through Entrance Exams and some take admission based on 12th class percentage.
