Yes you can take an admission. there won't be any problem as you have PCM in your intermediate.  There won't be any problem for your admission so don't worry about it. If you don't have any knowledge then it's okay.

For the first year prepare for coding in different coding language atleast C or Java as these are in high demand.

then for rest two years prepare for aptitude and reasoning,verbal along with coding. Do expertise in problem solving. These things will land you in your dream place.
