Hello Dhanish!
The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Biotechnology from IITs is that you must have completed your bachelor's degree from any science stream subject and essentially studied Mathematics at your (10+2) level.
So, if you had PCMB/PCM at your senior secondary level, then you are eligible to apply.
IIT-Roorkee and IIT-Bombay offer M.Sc. in Biotechnology course at post-graduate level .
And yes, IIT Roorkee offers B.Tech. in Biotechnology course at undergraduate level. For this, you need to have a valid JEE(Advanced) score along with the other minimum B.Tech. eligibility requirements.
The admission for M.Sc. Biotechnology is provided through Computer based IIT-JAM exam ( i.e. held online). It is conducted yearly. To be eligible for this exam, you need to have atleast 55% aggregate in your graduation.
IIT-JAM 2020 was held by IIT-Kanpur on 9th February,2020.
