Can a biology student give MH CET exam in order to take biotechnology engineerin ?
Hello aspirant
No, you cannot get admission in biotechnology Engineering without maths. If you want to pursue MH CET , ( PCMB) you will not be eligible to appear for entrance exam without maths subject.
Any Engineering college require maths for the course.
Hello Aspirant,
You can sit for engineering courses only if you have Physics and Mathematics as your subject in senior secondary. However you will be eligible to give MHCET for pharmacy subjects where the applicant must have completed class 12th with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject. For candidates of the general category, the minimum percentage criterion is 45% and for the reserved category, it is 40%.
Good luck
Hi Dhanish,
As per the eligibility criteria of MHT CET 2020, the student who have given Class 12th or equivalent examination with from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects is eligible for this exam.
So, as you are a biology student means you don't have Mathematics as a subject you are not eligible for this exam.
