Hello Reenu,

Yes biotechnologist who work in immunologist also are known as Immunotechnology, many biotechnologist companies have work which are combination of both, you need to have specialisation in one of the field and a good base in another one to work in the immunotechnology, and also it depends on the companies what they prefer.

You can have a course in applied immunology to improve your knowledge and skillset and then give a try in the real world.
