Yes, you are eligible for Neet examination even if you are in second year of your bsc, provided you meet the following eligibility criteria of Neet:-
*you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category , or at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
*Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
*Also, there is no upper age limit for Neet examination
So if you fulfill above criteria then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination ,so don't worry even if you are doing bsc 2nd year right now you will be definitely eligible for Neet 2021 and if you manage to qualify Neet examination then you can get admission in Medical College as well on the basis of rank /marks obtained by you in NEET exam
