Yes, you can. Preparing for AIIMS and NEET is an individual choice. You can do it during your high school days, or join a college and keep preparing or drop a year.

Your 12 score is fine and you are eligible for both NEET and AIIMS as per your board marks.

Do they consider %age of total score or subjectwise 60% in each??

In AIIMS, they consider overall percentage and must be above 60. In NEET they consider individual as well as average. Individual subjects you must pass wheareas in PCB you must have 50 and above.
